    CCF QLD  invites you to join us for an interactive session with the Psychological Health Unit of Workplace Health and Safety Queensland part of the Office of industrial Relations.  

    Module 1 - Psychological health and safety

    This course will provide an overview of:

    • legislation relevant to psychological health and safety
    • organisational data which can be monitored to assess risk to workers’ psychological health and safety
    • process for identifying and assessing psychosocial hazards and factors that can affect psychological health
    • integrated model for promoting positive mental health practice, preventing psychological harm and developing control measures.

    Please note you will receive a Zoom Link, Meeting ID and Passcode, the day prior.

    DATE: 6th June 2023
    TIME: 2:00pm - 3:15pm approx.

    LOCATION: Online via Zoom link

    Join CCF QLD and Mills Oakley for the 2023 Professional Short Course Series.

    This course will provide an overview of the law surrounding the termination of contracts for breach, termination for convenience and termination for frustration and force majeure events including considering termination notices and the consequences of termination. The course will also provide practical tips and guidance concerning terminating a contract. The course is suitable for contract administrators, project managers and legal counsel. This course is presented by Greg Richards, Partner - Mills Oakley.

    Please note that numbers are capped for this event due to COVID social distancing requirements. Additionally, it is important to note that this course will start at 7:30am sharp, so please aim to arrive or log on 15 minutes early. Those attending virtually will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation (with instructions and a link) the day prior.
