What is the CCF Code?
In response to the needs of various Federal and State Government Authorities and other key stakeholders in the civil construction industry, the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) have developed and maintained the CCF Civil Construction Management Code.
The Code is designed to assist contractor businesses in achieving and maintaining compliance to the relevant industry standards and regulations, helping them to optimise operational quality and safety, and mitigate risk, for ongoing peace of mind.
With the recognised levels of complexity and risk regularly faced by businesses in the civil construction industry, it is imperative that businesses take every measure to ensure they are fully compliant at all times. This is where the value of the CCF Code is fully realised, providing clear guidance to business owners and managers as to their regulatory obligations and corresponding duty of care.
Developed for comprehensive compliance, the Code draws together elements of quality, work health and safety, and environmental management, in one system for the civil construction and related industries. The CCF Code is used by service providers as a practical, easy to interpret Standard, enabling them to demonstrate that their services meet the industry benchmark and relevant regulatory requirements - and by procurers of such services, to assure high levels of SEQ compliance in their delivery.
The CCF Code is accredited by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) for third party certification.
The Code is designed to be used in isolation of, or in combination with, other certification standards such as:
