Training Awards

The Industry Training Awards recognises the exceptional people who have been training or completed training through Civil Train (RTO#5807) over the past year
(1 June 2024 – 30 May 2025).

2025 nominations for the Industry Training Awards are NOW OPEN!

The following categories make up the Industry Training Awards:

• Certificate II Student of the Year
• Certificate III Student of the Year
• Certificate IV Student of the Year
• Diploma Student of the Year
• Encouragement Award (for students currently studying with Civil Train)
• Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development (Employer)*
• Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development (Individual)*

N.B. Eligibility criteria varies for each category.

*The Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development (Employer and Individual) category nominees are nominated by Civil Train (RTO#5708).

These awards are presented at the annual Excellence in Civil Construction Awards night, alongside the People's Awards and Earth Awards. 

All Industry Training Awards category nominations are due no later than 5:00pm Friday 6 June 2025.
